Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson (in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson) was born on the 24th of April from Fort Worth, Texas. She is an American musician, singer and TV star. She was a contestant in 2002 when she took home her first American Idol talent contest. Clarkson was raised at Burleson Texas (a town located just outside within Fort Worth), where her talent for singing was initially noticed by her seventh grade choir teacher. After high school graduation, Clarkson was sent to Los Angeles to try to get into the entertainment industry. Following her return to Texas and completing her high school, she was selected as an contestant in the inaugural season of FOX Broadcasting Co's American Idol, a singing contest that let viewers vote for their favourite performer. Clarkson's captivating voice, charm and humour won the hearts of viewers. She won $1million and a recording deal with RCA.
