Kelly Clarkson is an American artist and singer. She became the nation's love interest after winning the American Idol title on Season 1 of the show. The victory not only propelled her to stardom however, it also secured her a multi-album recording contract that included RCA Records 19 Recordings and S Records. In the time since the win, she's released a variety recordings from her studio. In these albums three of them made it to the top of the US Billboard 200 Chart while other albums were a fraction of a centimeter away. It's among the top artist to emerge of American Idol. As she achieved success she tried different musical styles and themes often writing her own songs with her feelings. Her distinctiveness as well as her singing skills earned her praise in addition to a couple of important prizes. In particular, she's won three times the Grammy Award three times. Apart from her music career she has also appeared in movies as well as television programs. In addition, she is the author of the children's novel River Rose and the Magical Lullaby as well as a member of numerous charitable organizations.
